GEO Princess Mimi Chocolate Brown

I have been wearing too many color lens recently and i decide to try back brown color which i loved lots before. I decided to get Princess Mimi in Chocolate brown instead of gray :)

I had a lot of problem putting on this pair for the first try as it hurts my eyes really badly and i decided to take out after about five minutes. I actually thought it is a faulty pair of lens and decide to soak it again for 2 whole days before trying it back on. I was thinking if it fails, i'm gonna give up on it, but luckily, it was alright! :)

It wasn't really comfortable wearing this at first but it was alright as it goes on. I find that i can only wear this for not more than 10 hours and i can feel my eyes getting dry. I try to avoid wearing when i'm going out late. But it is really pretty. The enlargement factor is there and it is not obvious, feels very natural.

I love the design of the lens, It's very different from the usual tri tone which i always wear. 

 

 

MaxiEyes Lens in Brown

When my lens broke last month, i went down to the nearest Spectacle Hut and got myself a pair :)

I have not tried this brand nor heard of this brand before but it did not disappoint me.




Pros
- Comfortable
- no problem wearing it more than 8 hours
- not too huge, easy to insert in (i have a hard time putting on huge lens (e.g. 14.5mm)
- bright colors
- look natural

Cons
- Cant think of any

I did not know what color i want when i went to buy so i took the natural one (brown) instead of the usual blues, greens (which i always wear).












Maybe i should go back wearing normal colored lens?

[review] Freshlook Colorblend in Green

I did not took too much photos of this pair as when i wanted to, it broke! (*cries*)

This pair was one of the more expensive pair which i bought and it didn't last past 3 weeks.

*I'm a lens destroyer*

Anyway, Here is my reviews about the lens!

Actually i bought this pair during the start of the year but the korean and japanese lens are far prettier than this pair and this got pushed back till now, when i broke a pair of lens before this (AGAIN!)

This pair is really comfortable and its not too big to cause an irritation to my eyes. It stays up on my eyes comfortably for more than 8 hours and proves no problem. The enlarging effect is not as big as the other korean/japanese lens and it's still okay.

I really like this green color as it does not look too fake. With more circle lens coming out, Colorblends priced at S$42 per pair is on the costly side. :)

[review] Wonder Eye Blue

I got a new pair of lens again! This time, its Wonder Eye in Blue (Super Nudy Blue)!

I always love Nudy eye color, don't know why. But I love this lens! Comparing to the Barbie Big Eyes Blue, The color is lighter with a halo effect. With normal lighting, its still not opaque enough, it will look like a dark blue color, with BIG eye effect ;)

- It really make my eyes look huge and pretty. Especially the Halo effect at the bottom is my favourite
- Not much irriatation. Only when i keep wearing everyday then i can feel that my eyes getting very dry. yesterday wore from 8am to 1am, still feels alright :)

Dislike
- I think its too big for me, i cant get used to it, first wear i was trying hard to put this huge ass lens in! :P
- I can't think of any!


Next pair of lens is pink! So excited =) =)

Freshlook Illuminate

*Do note that this happens to me only and does not mean that it will happen to you!*

Received a few pairs of freshlook illuminate when i went home recently and couldn't wait to try them out!

Therefore, on Monday, i took a pair to try.. 1st lens up was okay, and it was really really pretty! i didnt have a black rim lens before, previously all are colored. and these are my first time with daily lens!

but when i put on my 2nd pc, it BROKE in my eyes! wtf.

I was panicking with it. I bet i must be the 1 in a thousand people who is so unlucky! why other people no problem and i had such a huge problem. i tried another time, and it broke too! Therefore i gave up on the illuminate lens. Circle lens i'm coming! 

Maybe i was too rough with it! I had no experience with daily lens i guess. Cos its not expired or what. :( This shall be my last try on daily lens in awhile. I can't stand another lens breaking in my eyes!

I'm so disppointed in the lens :(  I think this only happens to me! Sigh. My friends say that i must be too rough. hehe. 

Pros: Pretty!

Cons: it tore !

Repurchase: definitely no!

[Review] EOS Adult Violet Lens

Finally i can stop with the GEO green lens and move on to this pretty purple lens!
I bought my pair over at Pinkyparadise.com sometime ago and finally i got to wear it :)

This is one of my favourite ever lens! It really look like pink color more than purple! They should call this the pink lens!

My Review

the lens is bigger than normal (GEO Angels etc.) and for a change, it has a purple rim instead of usual black rims circle lenses.

Enlargement is not that obvious but instead the color of the lens is otherwise. Here is the before and after look...

When taking photo with flash, the color comes out even brighter! If you are looking for natural enlargement lens, please don take this, it work completely opposite :P

I really like this lens, but dont know why, sometimes this lens "pinch" me. T.T It was ok with my left eye but my poor right eye... Other than this, i really like this lens :)

False Lashes

I always been a big fan of false lashes. I have very very short lashes, no volume and when without and mascara/makeup, i dont look like i have lashes anymore!

I'm really a big fan of dollywink but they are so ex! T.T

Instead i get a cheaper alternatives! (Dollywink is still my fav of course!)

I got this which is very natural and long. Not too dramatic for office :P

This is one of my favourite pair! The highest record i reused it was for about 5 times (i know its not very high, but my other lashes can only last me at most 2 to 3 times; I know i very rough! :P)

Review: The lash bone is very soft and i dont have the pokey feeling of those plastic lashes that you get from budget store (those one in a box). Its easy to bend and adjust to my eye shapes and doesn't take me long to apply. There are some i tried (i think is plastic kind...) which is very hard to adjust to my eye shape. It make my eyes more define (like adding a huge load of mascara on my lashes!) I know that it isn't very obvious, but this is a natural one!
